IMPORTANT SAFETY ADVISORY CONCERNING GRACO BRANDED DROP SIDE CRIBS
On April 29, 2010 the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), in cooperation with LaJobi Inc., announced a voluntary recall of Graco® Branded drop side cribs made by LaJobi. Further information pertaining to the Advisory that was issued in the United States can be found on CPSC’s website at www.cpsc.gov.
The drop side hardware may break or fail, allowing the drop side to detach from the crib. When the drop side detaches, a hazardous gap may be created between the drop side and the crib mattress in which infants and toddlers may become wedged or entrapped, posing a risk of suffocation and strangulation. In addition, children may fall from the cribs when the drop side detaches or fails to lock.
There have been no incidents reported in Canada.
In Canada, this Safety Advisory affects the following models of Graco® branded drop side cribs:

| 3080136 HAMPTON DROP SIDE CRIB – Hickory |
This Safety Advisory involves LaJobi-manufactured Graco® wood cribs manufactured in China and Vietnam. The production date, item number, purchase order number and finish name is printed on a label affixed to the footboard or headboard. “LaJobi” and the crib model name are printed on a product sticker located on the stabilizer bar or bottom rail of the crib.
In Canada, approximately 5,180 of these Graco® branded drop side cribs were sold nationwide by major retailers and independent retailers from February 2008 through April 2010.If you believe you have one of these Graco® branded drop side cribs in your possession, please immediately stop using the drop side crib and contact Elfe Juvenile Products for a free repair kit by visiting Elfe’s website at:
